WARRANTY POLICY

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Charisma.Golf warrants putters
for quality of workmanship for a period of 30 days. All other products deemed
to be defective in any nature must be reported to us via email within 2 days of
package arrival. All warranty claims must receive a Return Authorization Number
(RA#) prior to returning the product. Any returned product received by Charisma.Golf 
without an approved RA# may not be processed.

In order to obtain an RA#, submit a request through our online contact form, or email directly to boom@charisma.golf. Please include the reason for your request. If approved, we will provide the RA#, and any additional information needed to complete the process.

Defective products will be repaired or replaced with the same or equivalent products when available. If unavailable a merchandise credit or refund will be issued. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear on your credit card or PayPal account. Charisma.Golf reserves the
right to deny any warranty claim.

Warranty will be denied for the following:

  • Products that are damaged, abused, or altered
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products missing accessories
  • Products that are damaged during the return shipment
  • Warranty period expired
  • Products received without RA#

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY/CANCELLED ORDERS

Most of Charisma.Golf products are custom made and limited release items. Any custom or limited release items are non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled or returned for merchandise credit. We offer returns for merchandise credit or exchanges for unused non-custom/non-limited release products for 7 days from the date of delivery (see below). All returns and exchanges must receive a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) prior to returning the product. Any returned product received by Charisma.Golf without an approved RA# may not be processed.

Cancelled orders or returns for non-custom/non-limited release products will be in the form of a merchandise credit to be used towards future products. Shipping expenses for product exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Charisma.Golf is not responsible for items lost via the transport company when return shipping. We recommend return shipping with insurance and tracking. Charisma.Golf reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.

If an order is cancelled before the products ships, the amount refunded will be less the fee charged by the payment processing company. 

Returnable Items:

  • Non-custom/non-limited release products
  • Product defects due to workmanship (see Warranty Policy)

Non-returnable Items:

  • Custom made products. They are one of a kind and manufactured for you.
  • Special Services (such as Design, Setup and Shipping)
  • Products that have been used or worn, and not in sellable condition
  • Products that are damaged, abused, or altered
  • Products without proof of purchase
  • Products missing accessories
  • Products that are damaged during the return shipment
  • Products received by the customer moutside of the return period
  • Products received without RA#
